If you want to learn to dive safely and efficient, in general the Netherlands and, more specific, S-diving in Amstelveen is the place to be. If you can dive reasonably in the NLs; you can dive real good in warm clear waters. With S-diving it most of the time it also is fun. People are quite relaxed and funny, as well as seemingly determined to teach you well. Especially Ernst and Wouter have been real good and fun teachers. Rather strict as well.
