Me and my mom went today together, it was my first time and it was her second, and they were all super helpful, and coordinated, definitely made me laugh, and at ease with all of the built-up tension from it being my first time surfing, but Eli was amazing to talk to, and he always made sure to ask how it was each time, which sparked improvement, and made conversation when we were waiting to go out which felt nice. In my first lesson I knew how to stand up on the board and make it all the way to the end. There was definitely a bunch of falling but the important thing is is that they encourage me to get back up each time and figure out what I was doing wrong and how to improve. They also take awesome photos. - via
