Did the level 1 free diving course. Such an amazing experience and extremely great staff. I felt unsure of free diving and had zero experience with diving in general. The staff made me feel very safe and calm about it all. Started in the class room, pool, and then the ocean. I had a hard time equalizing (something really important) the first day and one of the instructors (Tilly) took time to give me extra resources that really helped. I would recommend if you’re looking for a great free diving school! - via
