Eurodivers is the reason why we likely won't be coming to Lux again despite really enjoying the resort. Our main objective of our trip to Maldives is diving and while the dive sites were great, the dive center was not, due to the limited options offered each day. We would have loved to have more chances to see the whale sharks, but only got to do the "full day trip" to the far side of the atoll twice in the week we had. The days dedicated to whale shark search were at a location where whale sharks just don't tend to be at that time of the year (January, the reef close to Lux). The boat is extremely slow and it takes forever to get somewhere.
The divemasters were good and nice folks. The boat crew was not - lifting tanks by the first stage and ended up damaging my regulator. Although I'd hope that that had been addressed after our complaints. - via
