The scuba vest I ordered arrived with grease stains inside the box, and no packaging around the scuba vest. It looked like a return that had been sent on to me. I asked that they please send out a replacement immediately since this was a gift, and a return label so that I could return the used one. Johanna in customer service said they would only send out the new one when they had received the other one back and processed it. I tried to explain that I needed to be sure it arrived in time for gifting, but this customer service representative was unconcerned of my needs. It is not acceptable to send out returned items with no packaging in dirty boxes. Order elsewhere! - via
