Staff seemed polite and helpful when booking onto the course over the phone. They took a £150 deposit payment and a few contact details initially and informed me I'd receive further information shortly.
Following this I received no information or materials from them for over a fortnight. In this time I had a change of circumstances meaning I was no longer living in Manchester and unable to attend the dates.
After attempting to contact them to discuss this matter they did not respond for a week before sending through my enrollment form and agreement less than 12 hours before the course was due to start, seemingly oblivious to any of my correspondence.
Nowhere on the website does it state the deposit is non refundable and due to the agreement document being sent through so late I hadn't had any opportunity to read or sign it.
They have since refused to return my deposit in spite of their complete lack of communication and understanding have now stopped responding to my emails. A really disappointing attitude from what at surface appears to be a well reputed independent company. - via
