Such an epic experience! I went to the shop looking to get new free-diving gear for work. I had a lot of questions so I walked up to the front counter. Both team members asked if they could assist in anyway, so I started talking to Anai about what I was looking for. She came around the counter and walked throughout the store with me. She pulled products from the shelves for me try on, compared prices and quality, all with a solid smile and good vibes. I picked her brain for over an hour on countless products, and she was just as patient, kind and welcoming as the minute I walked through the doors. She was extremely knowledgeable on every single thing I asked about, and was able to offer personal experience with some of the items; which was even more helpful! At checkout, she was able to give me a discount because the store was offering some promotions at the time; this was very kind because I didn't know about the promotions so she could have just charged the full amount. Not only did we talk about the gear I was checking out, we were able to converse about what I do for work and other things! It was the best customer experience I've ever had, ever! *side-note* the gear is absolutely immaculate and I couldn't be any happier with it! Thank you so so much Anai!! - via
