I completed my dive master training through PSS with Mauri, as well as completing a humanitarian project in Latin America with him this year. Mauri’s knowledge of diving techniques instilled confidence in me as he ensured I understood every aspect of a rigorous professional program.
Safety is always a top priority at POWS. Mauri requires all students to meticulously check equipment before every dive and emphasizes the importance of proper buoyancy control, communication underwater and navigation.
But what truly sets Mauri apart is his passion for the underwater world. His enthusiasm is contagious and his respect for marine life specifically left a lasting impression for how I intend to shape my scuba career.
