I went to this venue for the Expo Habitation. I wish they provided more information about parking, given there are a dozen different lots. When I asked security staff about that - they were extremely friendly, btw - they confirmed that this is a common complaint from patrons.
The city of Montreal indicates the number of parking spaces and availability per lot; the same type of signage could be leveraged, and for events, you could simply list which ones are closest, based on the main entrance for that event. It would facilitate things for patrons of different ages and abilities, and for those who made purchases that need to be carried back to the vehicle.
Aside from that, the venue and the bathroom was clean. - via
