A big shout out to Tyler she is the type of employee that House of Scuba MUST retain(please give her a raise). I live in Arizona and my husband had several issues getting warranty work completed with our local shop due to their unprofessional behavior(i.e. leaving wetsuit in the "backroom for 3 months prior to processing for warranty work". Tyler reached out to me today to ensure everything was good to go 6 months later. Not to mention she had one follow up call after our initial contact to ensure the process has started and this time she called to tell me a specific update about the turn around time Aqua Lung provided her. My wetsuit arrived with no issues and under its estimated time frame. I will only be shopping here and informing others about my experience with House of Scuba. It's such a relief to know your a call away from being in good hands. Again, please reward Tyler for doing her job and doing it well. It's what will keep House of Scuba in business for years to come. - via Google
