Had great service from the gentleman working today's shift (16th of Nov - 4pm) he helped out my partner with all his needs the moment we walked into the store, greeted us warmly. Can't say the same for his co-worker who could've even hold a genuine smile, and seemed very cold and unwelcoming. She needs to improve her customer service skills. - via
