I finally ticked off a big item in my bucket list. My instructor Charlie and the photographer Phil were amazing. They made me feel so I'll at ease and were so cheerful all the time. The jump, the instructors and the feeling, they were all too good. I would give 5 stars for that.
But the whole experience is really bad. They scam you a lot. I had booked the activity on Klook and insurance was included in my package. Still they charged me 250 Baht extra when I reached there saying insurance is not inclusive in the package even though I had written proof that it is inclusive. The lady at the reception was very rude. There were 2 others who came for jump at the same time I went. They made payment through card. And they charged them 1200 Baht more than what was the amount communicated to them by their own team. When asked the reception guy said I will explain everything just go ahead for now. You are getting late. And till the end he had no explanation to why he charged more. When they insisted, he gave back just 600 Baht and went off. And that guy was a bit too much. Was very uncomfortable with the way he spoke.
Even though the jump was good, very disappointed by the whole experience. - via
