Used them to hike up Gunung Agung via Besakih Temple. My guide Kakek was very experienced and helpful, he would always look back whenever I slipped or grunted to make sure I was okay and he always warned me of dangerous or technical segments, giving me tips if I needed them.
The only criticism I have is that he would sometimes smoke while walking and the smoke would blow back into my face! But overall, he was excellent! I couldn't have gotten to the top without him.
The driver was also very good.
