My parents had a walk in Bath, £9000 plus including the extended guarantee.
Week 10 with the bath not working...a fitter was sent to put a new part on without even finding the fault. New parts have been delivered but no fitter available. Customer service is shocking, no urgency, no callbacks when requested, no date for repair.
10 weeks and now my mum is dying.
When I stressed the urgency it was suggested she have a shower at my house.
Would not have this company to fit a light bulb never mind anything else. - via
