Beware of this shop! We signed up the week before thanksgiving, and the dive was canceled. The dive owner (Mindi) told us we would get a refund. We sent money to an American Zelle account before hand. Which now thinking back was an extremely bad idea. It has been two months and still have not been refunded.
The first few weeks they mentioned they had a medical condition and would send money soon. Understandable, then their daughter wrote back to us using extremely rude and unprofessional language about how insensitive we were. We just wanted our refund and got excuse after excuse. I have some of the voice memo’s Mindi sent that are incredibly uncomfortable.
Now we have been blocked by the Facebook page, blocked by the email, blocked by the phone and are owed hundreds of dollars in a refund. Incredibly unprofessional shop. Only pay money to dive shop on site. DO NOT SEND MONEY AHEAD OF TIME. - via
