Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a less than satisfactory reception. The staff barely smiled and provided minimal assistance. We were assigned a single point of contact, but unfortunately, they didn't offer much in terms of information. We were left wanting more details about the dining options and activities available at the resort.
One frustration was the inability to pre-book dining reservations through the app. Instead, we had to constantly rely on our designated contact person, which proved to be quite inconvenient. It seemed as though there were limited dining slots available, as we struggled to secure reservations at some of the restaurants.
Despite these shortcomings, the resort itself is beautiful. However, clearer information about dining options and activities would greatly enhance the overall experience. - via
