This was a massive scam...we had a trip booked with them and due to Covid they cancelled. Totally understandable. However, unlike others, instead of refunding us our money...they gave us two options:
1) Get a 75% credit towards next year (WHAT!? they wouldn't even give us a full credit towards a trip in 2021)
2) Get 50% our money money back
THEN, after our whole group agreed to take 75% and do a booking in 2021 at ADDITIONAL cost, they sent a followup saying that the credit would only be available to us for the 2022 season. So our options are:
1) Pay more to get a reservation in 2022 or
2) Only get 50% of the $5500 we paid back
Terrible way to conduct business and was a real bummer. Untrustworthy and just not OK. I would not do business with this company unless you are willing to pay for rock solid trip insurance. - via
