My wife had bought numerous masks for snorkeling over the years, none of which she was happy with either because they didn’t properly fit her face (and subsequently leaked) or were bad about fogging up. We went to Panama City Diving yesterday and were promptly greeted by Sarah. Sarah was extremely helpful in explaining how to properly determine fit, and then had my wife try on each make and model of mask to figure out which had the best fit. She also explained how to properly prep the new mask to reduce fogging, and walked us through picking out a lense color. Sarah’s level of customer service was outstanding! - via
