This has to be the most depressing dive group I’ve ever dived with (nearly 100 dives). You have to try to be this bad at customer service. English language skills are bad all around (not a big problem if you’re an experienced diver) but the manager and staff did not communicate well in a common language with each other and there seemed to be tension between them which made me nervous. Nobody was smiling or friendly. A very cold, impersonal experience overall. We had paid for 3 dives and forewent our third dive because we were just done. You can only do so much with the quality of shore dives in Eilat - go to Dolphin Reef instead- you’ll see the same fish and coral plus dolphins (that are not in captivity). To add insult to injury, the manager let us leave without returning our dive cards and we had to go back to pick them up. - via
