Deep Exposure is my main go to when I dive in Cozumel. Roger the Mayan Diver is my favorite Dive Master and is really into details when it comes to leading a dive party. He makes it fun and entertaining.
This was my third time with Deep Exposure and my experience was kind of off this time. We (four of us) were put on Deep Exposure II (2nd boat, smaller for diving, same great service, just smaller) and the Dive Master was not as thorough as I like. I am not sure but maybe he was having a bad day. We had two new divers and the Dive master did not go through details or anything before the dive. This was the first day.
The second day we had Roger. He was fun and energetic and thorough with our two new divers. He went through all the steps, signs and explained the whole dive before we got in the water. The only thing I had an issue with was that the owner was on the boat, never met him before, and did not really seem to care if we were there or not. He mentioned that he lost money for some reason with the boat (Weather, covid, I am not sure) and was not really into his customers.
I will use them again and I look forward to seeing Roger The Mayan Diver and the Captain again in the future.
