We booked a dive and Snorkeling trip with Yukon, precompleted all the forms weeks before we had left home. We had accommodation booked in the area and as we were driving north the day before the trip, received an email saying that it had been canceled. They blamed it on unavailability of staff and then further, that as we hadn't paid a deposit meant we were only an 'enquiry'! The deposit request had only arrived a couple of days earlier while we were on the road... We had gone to significant lengths to fit this excursion in to our road trip. Incredibly dissapointing that they can make up stories and cancel trips like that without so much as a phone call. Reading below reviews it seems we aren't the only ones who have received a cop out from Yukon. Luckily we went round the corner to Dive! Tutukaka who treated us to the most amazing day, and have incredible staff, facilities and knowledge. Don't take the risk, just book your dive with Dive! Tutukaka. - via
