The service at the Resort has significantly fell off, I visited in August 2023 for 3 nights and the customer service,food,drinks and general experience was amazing. This prompted me to return in March 2024 for 4 nights. However this time the service was appalling,the staff is now very discourteous, the food and drinks quality has declined and we were bothered on 5 different occasions by different persons to purchase vacation timeshares. The reps throughout the hotels are very persistent and borderline forceful in selling vacation timeshares to the point it ruined the entire mood of the stay. Multiple times we were told the wait times at the Asian and Italian restaurants were over an hour but we stuck around at the door and we're let in a few minutes later, it seems a ploy to get persons to go to the buffet instead of dining at the specialty restaurants. The entire vibe of the resort now seems like a selling point for timeshares. - via
