I purchased two masks for snorkeling/freediving but we were talked into purchasing scuba masks instead. We were not that knowledgeable and were taken advantage of and were sold the wrong type of equipment since the store did not have what we needed. The masks are either not properly designed for the purpose (no airflow or valves) or they are just very poor quality products. It is impossible to prevent these masks from fogging up completely. I went to the store and was told they we can't return anything that's been used, even if it doesn't work.. Very disappointed because I thought we were getting good advice and the products that we wanted, but the bottom line is they do not work and they are refusing to let us return them. Now I have to deal with the hassle of disputing with my credit card co. if I want to get a refund.. - via
