We had amazing experience at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica. I was on the fence with Sandals after a horrible vacation in Bahamas in 2022. However, we loved our vacation last week so much that we booked through 2026!!! We stayed in an older room that needed some work, but it didnt bother us, this is typical for Caribbean resorts, and it will eventually be upgraded and new again. The room was spotless. The food was good, lots of options and we had access to Montego Bay for more restaurant options. The resort beach acces is great. Access to the private island is easy with a boat every 5 mins! The staff at this resort are incredible. From the moment we met luggage assistance at the Sandals Airport to the moment we left this trip was fantastic. Our Butler Gay-Ann was amazing and made us feel welcome and was the right amount of attentive because she listened and learned our personality on day one. That's the ticket! Rosan our lead house keeper was attentive and so nice. She would make an amazing Butler!! Janell our scuba instructor was a phenomenal instructor and he was fun and informative and patient!!! Bohkeem at the pub was one of the best bartenders we have encountered at Sandals. Employees are the key to a memorable experience. The employees make this resort a 10! - via
