We spent 5 days diving with orca candidasa. From the beginning it was very professional, the staff was kind and helpful, there's free water and coffee available and they have a variety of books available about the fish and coral.
They offer day trips to manta point (amazing, do it!) but it might take some days since there is a minimum amount of divers required for the trip. Usually orca collaborates with other bases so we only had to wait 2 days.
The house reef is good (chance of Mola Mola, wobbegong, white tips) but the current might be strong. You typically start the dives already with your wetsuits on and drive to the divesite with a little boat. There will be drinks provided for free. They also offer dives further away where you drive there by bus and board a boat at the destination.
You should definitely ask for a night dive! We had an amazing dive in Padang Bai.
