Beware. very bad experience with Mr. Claude Fiset, we had a very bad accident while taking off the glider, we rolled down the hill around 100 feet down, both me and my wife got severely bruised all over the body. We are so lucky that we are alive today, but we been running between hospitals while on vacation time, I at am ER for a day and i am still recovering from the injuries.
Mr. Claude Fiset is very irresponsible in the safety of the gliders, and we are the first-time gliders, he did not even prepare us nor given proper instructions or time for us for the ride and also he chose very short run for takeoff. After the accident, even he did not care that we are alive or dead and he is looking of his things instead of considering us as human lives, we both were severely bruised with bleeding all over body on hot sunny day and was not able to climb up or no way to get help from him. We are lucky that another glider Mr. Don who was there and climbed all the way down multiple times and helped us and he created the way for us to climb up the sandy hill and purely because of him we alive to write this review. Our main idea is no body should suffer like us. Worst thing there are no minimum first aid care with him, and there was no signal to call 911. He is such a Jerk, don't even think or consider to do paragliding with him ever, accidents will happen but the inhuman response he gave us after that is insane and he did not even bothered to apologize us at all, its very bad and evil .
