1ere expérience en plongée juste INCROYABLE.GROS BEMOL pour mon instr…

1st diving experience just INCREDIBLE. BIG BEMOL for my instructor ROBERT in Open Water. 1st day a little stressful for the Baptism, but according to the instructors I quickly feel at ease and can therefore pass the open water. I found Robert not very vigilant/rigorous. Ex: I did my laps in the pool while keeping my 4/5kg weight belt at my waist, I was half sinking, I didn't understand why. He was laughing when he realized it, I should have taken it off... but how do I know? He was administratively disorganized, always looking for the right papers. Exam day, after a day of diving he asks me where I put my file which contains my exam? I tell him I left it with the books and I don't have it. He made me go back to my room to look. I came back, he had found it and was laughing. I was tired and stressed from the exam, he told me "cool relax" and opened the exam to the wrong page. It shifted all my answers. A lot of stress having to start all over again. At the end I ask if we can check the answers he says to me: -Wait I send videos and the results are on the phone. Grab yourself a beer! -I would like to have a beer once my exam is finished With the result. Not very professional. For him it's probably cool. For us, students, it's stress and a lot of fatigue. During the sea diving day he did not check my DSD before jumping. As a result, another instructor had to signal him that my oxygen tank was leaving. He would have realized it if he “watched” a little more for his student. It was a dive that requires vigilance because outside the "rock" there is a lot of current. The instructor is supposed to signal you when you need to turn around to avoid ending up in "the deep blue" and not once did he signal me. I had to figure it out for myself. Sometimes a little late and I felt like my body could get caught in the current at any second. I told him that I was afraid of moray eels, although they were "harmless", when we saw them he would pull my arm to bring me closer. I was struggling, he then slapped my hands to tell me to keep them close to my body. These are my first dives I haven't yet learned to reverse without hands. He made me cling to the corals to observe the manta rays, me who dare not touch anything. Sometimes he was close to getting my hands on a sea urchin. He showed me something to see and continued on his way. I didn't have time to notice that I had to catch up with him. Brief. The last day, I dived with my friends' teacher "SANDRA" and WOW! 20/10 ?? I dove calmly, and I was amazed. She is so zen, caring and knows the ocean by heart. She frequently checks in on us to see if everyone is okay. Always in search of the most beautiful wonders of the ocean, “long live the nudibranchs”. My arms naturally stayed close to me. I realized that the stress I had from the previous days was not due to discovering diving or the exam but to my instructor. Perhaps because I quickly become comfortable, Robert thought he could get comfortable with me but I put myself in the place of someone less serene and I tell myself that an accident could quickly happen. I wanted to leave a positive review here and put everything I just wrote privately but knowing the character, I wanted my feedback to have an impact. Despite your many years of experience, it is a profession where you must never relax your vigilance. He asked me 4 times to leave a review and send him the screenshot. That's it and that's why his name is everywhere. While the rest of the crew and instructors deserve much more praise. So a BIG THANK YOU to the whole team both on the boat and at the hotel, I would not hesitate to recommend the place to all my friends if they are in the area. Solene. - viaGoogle
