Update from Jan:
Despite the dive experience, the administration is very messy and slow. To resolve a refund for my wife's cancelled dive, I literally have been calling them (nearly) daily for the past month. 80% of the calls were missed during their work hours. And only to find out she wasn't refunded because she was asked to give an affirmative answer in order to ensure enough divers for the rescheduled trip.
To give everyone a fair evaluation, now I think back and this was accurate. I am only disappointed by the drag-on, not the decision. I have heard mixed experiences with the booking so something to keep in mind of. - via
