One bad experience is enough to deter me away from this shop.
Being new to scuba diving and such a technical sport, a newbie like myself is bound to make mistakes when selecting and purchasing gears; when each of the gears and accessories have a different function to it. Their exchange policy is not accommodating and humiliating when I asked if I could exchange a bag I bought by mistake. No customers want to make a purchase and leave with an awful feeling.
If their policy was more understanding and helpful, I would have been a returning and loyal customer as I am still collecting my complete set of scuba gears, instead I will be changing a supplier and will never return here regardless of how compatible their prices may be. From the negative experience I've had, I will not recommend to this shop to anyone. - via
