Place has really went downhill. The Boardwalk and decks have loose and numerous rotten boards. The food is horrible compared to years ago. Staff is totally incompetent. No towels at the pool. Went to take a shower no water pressure, front desk said they would get maintenance to turn on pump ( why was it off).One towel in the room front desk gave me a pool towel ( had those in a supply room in the back not at the pool). $400 a night will get you much more at many other resorts in Belize. - via
