We took 15+ HP steel tanks in for them to hydro, vip and fill over 6 weeks ago and they still have not touch the tanks. We have called about once every week or 2 to check on the status but never get a return call. Supposedly only the owner can do this type of work but since he lives way out of state and he not at the shop often. Everything there has been going down hill since the new owner took over a couple of years ago. Customer service is nonexistent. Their computer sales system crashed months ago and they have not purchased a new system yet. They have even less inventory than when the prior owners had the shop. With how hard covid lockdown has been on retail stores you would think they would be doing all they could to get and keep the loyal business. The employees are doing the best they can with what little they can to help customers. This was the last time we will use them. I unfortunately can no longer recommend them. - via
