Please never use this company. Costumer service was terrible. We had talked to them on the phone and had asked about scooter rental at 3pm and late return at 7pm before our ferry was leaving. (They close at 5pm) They said that was fine since we are paying full price for only a few hours. Afterward there was a hidden 50 dollar cash fee for late returns that no one had mentioned. We also rented snorkeling equipment. They failed to mention that due to the storm the water is very murky and snorkeling is not good. Even Our waitress told us not to bother. We return the equipment and did not see a single fish. It would have been nice for the experts who rent the equipment to tell us this. They also charged us 9 more dollars than we owed on our credit card. Which is a pain, because it is not worth a fight for 9 dollars. - via
