I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to Rachael the store manager in Orlando. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I was headed from Utah to the Bahamas to be on the Aqua Cat for a week and FedEx decided not to Overnight my order. Instead they sent it regular shipping. This was out of the control of Divers Direct. So Rachael talked with the Owner of Divers Direct and although they don't ship to the Bahamas they did this once just for me. Rachael was in constant contact with me via email and phone letting me know what was happening. My order got hung up in Customs in the Bahamas and I wasn't able to receive it before getting on the Dive boat for a week but it wasn't without Rachael and the Owner of Divers Direct giving it a very valiant effort to get my order to me asap. They earned my business and loyalty, my family's, and all the folks I dove with for the efforts and accommodations they made. Divers Direct truly understands the value of customer service. - via
