Came by to buy a ticket from sanur to Lembongan and the first boat was leaving in 9min. She called the boat to hold it and I made it on board just in time. They will all try to get the most amount of money from you, but I got a 'decent' deal. The boat is closed with windows, in good condition and got me from A to B safely and with dry luggage. - via google
