Our experience was not good.
The first day we stepped on the beach they came to take away the first moment to talk to us about excursions.
Then we booked the excursion to Catalina Island where we got poisoned with lunch on the island. On the way there and back the driver didn't let us go to the bathroom (my husband needed to vomit) and on the way there I urinated and for two hours they didn't let me go. to the bathroom just on a whim
Then the Snorkel experience felt super unsafe. He couldn't see the corals that were promised, too many waves in that place, he didn't enjoy himself at all.
On the island they don't give you 7up, they give you another brand of Dominican. Don't lie about that. If they give you sprite, etc.
The lunch, in addition to intoxicating us, was very little food.
The return felt very unsafe with the turbulent sea, it moved worse than the samba. Furthermore, they never told us that snorkeling was 45 minutes away from the catamaran, that we had to do a tiring lap to see few fish. They also explained well to those who had never snorkeled. He was ahead of the entire instructor and if something happened to you behind him he wouldn't even notice.
The guide also didn't want to talk in Spanish about the experience on the bus because he was too lazy to repeat it, so he only said it in English.
My husband wanted to go diving and he never told him. they offered. We wanted a more tailored experience and they didn't want to offer it to us.
We also bought the excursion to see the dolphins from Scuba.
My husband got a dolphin that was not well trained, the photos were more expensive than the experience itself, a fortune! The photographer who took all the bad photos and when you arrive you find out that there are things that are not included in what you paid. The experience left a lot to be desired unfortunately.

After the natural pool where we went with the private excursion, unfortunately it was not like the photos. Greenish water, I don't know if it was due to the fuel from the other boats or what but it wasn't like the photos, it wasn't enjoyable.
