Called about getting new cylinders filled. They had been certed by factory. When I mentioned it I got the impression the phone person didnt like internet purchases. Which isnt a big deal but instead of explaining the services they could provide (hydro and viz check) I was told she didnt think they will and she would check but noone called me back after a week of waiting I decided to move on. Not a big deal I found a much more open shop and they have my business along with the other business of other 3 divers in my family and I will be enrolling my youngest next spring for a junior open water cert. I understand the mentality regarding internet sales from the shop owners prospect but I think a better way to express that would be open dialog...not ignoring a potential customer.
That being said I won't be sending my 3 diver family members nor my 3 dive friends to this shop. All I needed was info.... - via
