Cancelled my membership for “misuse” with no warning because someone managed to access my password. Didn’t inform me of anything going on until my membership was cancelled and has stolen over $100 from me by refusing to issue a refund for my membership. I have been coming here for years with no issues and now suddenly my membership is being taken away from my family because someone lied and said it was a “corporate membership” that you don’t even offer. You charge the same rate for half of the museums access and I was still happy to support you until today. - via
