First time out of the country not knowing what to expect and a little anxious. However the sandals team made us feel so at home. One person specifically stood out to us considerably more than the rest.
Captain Patrick James Bond 007 of the pontoon that takes you from the main island by the aqua center to the private island. This man alone will have us coming back to this specific sandals in Montego Bay. James went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. He located our lost phone and made sure we got it promptly. he stayed late past his scheduled shift to be sure our wedding party was good and everything went smoothly. We made so many memories with him, had so much fun and we can’t wait to come back to see our new friend.
