This review is for the 185M experience NOT the overnight room stay.
A year on still awesome..
IF YOU ARE ON A CRUISE... You must go and see if indeed like me a ship fan, I book for ship NOT destination lol!! Been here 3 times in less than a year!!!
From ship, out the terminal, turn left.
Left again over main bridge towards Centrum.
Nr end of bridge left down steps.
Great photos of ship here and while you travel along waters edge.
You will see the Euromast after 1km (approx) to your right, go through the lovely park and pond area and over foot bridge.
Boom your there..
So advertised price seems to be the standard, 2nd level high point walkaround level..
If you wish to go up further aka the ride that goes up with a slow turn, I THINK it was three complete turns at the top.
Price 14/02/2023 was I believe €17 each, which was more than last year, my 15yr old boy was classed as an adult??? .
Go in the afternoon for ship shots, due to sun position.
There is music and spoken information about what your seeing.
There is a cafe, shop and up shaft a restaurant which I can assume would need booking?
So it's a YES from me, Negatives, not many, BUT I feel a little spruce up is needed, it's about presentation guys...
Maybe clean, paint, jet wash, steps of bridge over from park, still leaves from Autumn and winter, so minor trip or slip hazard. (buy me a cruise from Southampton, buy a stiff broom I'll do it for FREE )
Maybe a white wash footfall AREA at lift entry, just to brighten it up...
But this is not really a negative just thoughts from a "Brit on a ship"
