Check in process is very confusing, not to mention the rates…
Check in process is very confusing, not to mention the rates + cleaning fees are kind of a pain. We were planning on eating at their restaurant and it closed without any notice luckily we had packed snacks, since we had nothing for dinner! Just need more signs, directions, communication. Check in is 430 which is super late, and check out is 1030 which is earlier then a regular hotel. - via
