We signed up for scuba diving and paid the fees including the transportation fee, lesson fee, scuba diving fees, admission well as wet suits rental fees. The training was the worst experience ever!! The lady who was our assigned instructor was very rough and awkward and made us feel uncomfortable to the point of dropping out of the class and experience altogether!
As an instructor her one and only job should be to make people comfortable and calm in the pool to learn and practice the skills and get ready for their dive into the ocean. She, however, did the exact opposite and made our entire group panic, even those with 20+ dive experiences!!! At the end 3 of us dropped out just because she freaked us out and only 4 made it to the boat who had prior dive experience. I hated every second of my time in the pool with her, she was pushy and harsh and made me feel dumb! Such a disaster to have her as “instructor” for first time divers - via
