Unless you can control the weather, I highly recommend not reserving in advance.
I attempted to dive with a friend who was in town for one day. I called to ask if they would be diving the day my friend was visiting and was told yes, so I reserved a slot online, which required a $50 deposit per person. On the day of I was informed that the dive was cancelled due to weather. Since I could not return with my friend (who was leaving after that one day), I requested my deposit back and was told they would not refund a deposit under any circumstances. Even though they decided to cancel the dive after telling me it would be on. I was then told that that information was listed clearly on the website. In reality the notice about not returning the deposit is buried about midway in a giant paragraph of "terms and conditions" which is over five hundred words and has very densely spaced formatting. Careful out there. - via
