We were visiting Puerto Galera with my friend on a rainy season. Puerto Galera has corals that looks lovely. Most of the hotels in there provides scuba diving service. When I walked in to ask about the pricing, there was a korean guy who said that we only provide service for koreans. I asked multiple times to get what he meant but they are RACIST. If you ask my opinion, these people are just exploiting the incoming Korean tourists. Their pricing compared to the local(filipino) hostels/hotels way higher(2-3) times.
