I had an opportunity to get certified as PADI open water diver with UMEX. The initial appointment, arranging the course in English, choosing appropriate equipment, guidance re. medical requirements, pool days, open water lake days - everything was clear and taken care of very well. The instructor (Eugen) was very patient, respectful towards each student's pace and level of comfort and overall an excellent teacher and fantastic personality. I recommend getting certified with UMEX. From my doubts and feeling overwhelmed, they helped me to progress quickly to gaining enough confidence to perform all required skills and dives in rather difficult conditions. They simply made me surprise myself. I felt safe and guided in detail at every moment. I'm already planning ahead and will be buying more personal equipment from this dive shop. Excellent. - via
