When arrived at 7:30am to be there when they open at 8 was informed they take the higher jumps first so we would have to wait till 10 or 11 kinda confused why we had to be there so early once the higher jumps are done and that day was windy the instructor Brett said we probably wouldn't get to jump even if we waited.He started to pressure everyone who had the lower jumps to spend an extra $100- $140 each and even said I dont understand why you would even want to jump at the lower height . Another thing that I found was rude was after my car ride that was lil over an hr and waited in parking lot I had to use the restroom. When we where all invited to come inside the instructor said follow me to fill out the paperwork but I seen a bathroom on the way in he looked at me and said I guess not everyone so everyone looked at me as I entered the restroom guess he was just having a bad day. At the end of the day we didn't get to jump had to get a rain check.
I will give more feed back when we return again. Hopefully it will be a 5 star - via
