Aloha divers of the world… If you’re planning a trip to Maui to dive the crystal-clear blue waters of Hawaii, then look no further than Maui Dreams Dive Co. I’ve just completed seven days of diving with them, and the experience was 10 out of 10 in all respects. My journey began with sourcing a dive operator that would accommodate me in a more technical configuration, and while the answer was no from other dive shops, Maui Dreams was YES welcome aboard! Organizing and booking all the dives in advance was straight forward, so once I arrived all I needed to do was show up at the dock. Over the course of my adventure, I was guided by Michelle, Joe, and Dave. They were all super accommodating, safety conscious, and made my day with every dive. As an added bonus Dave shared photos of each dive with everyone which added to the overall experience. A few words on the boat, the Maui Diamond… She’s a purpose-built dive boat and is very well appointed for this use. The vessel is clean, roomy, with ample storage available for each guest, and a nice hot water shower for when exiting the water! Captained by Don or Jack, these guys are real pros and very safety conscious as well. As with any diving excursion, it’s the crew that makes the difference. There were ample dive guides available, and relatively small groups divided by ability, so everyone was comfortable and had a good time. Maui Dreams caters to divers of all levels, whether you’re beginning your training as an open water diver, or turning the corner to something more challenging.
