Gabriel and his wife were our dive masters. They were very informative, professional, careful, and fun! The water was delightfully warm, unexpectedly clear, and calm at the beginning since we started at 8:30 in the morning. The equipment was as good as or better than I experienced in my dive shop in my hometown in the US. As a dive location, there were not tons of colorful fish- to be expected for a freshwater lake- but I think we still saw at least 10 different species. It was a blast to swim in a volcanic crater. We both highly recommend Dive Nicaragua and hope to come back here again. I might even consider doing my advanced class with them sometime in the future. - via
