Due to poor planning from the Adventures Under the Sea shop owner/ instructor they had no backup plans for the canceled ocean dive. They did not inform me until midday of the first dive session that is was canceled and nothing was in place to replace it and apparently it was to late to plan anything else as the owner/ instructor couldn't be bothered with planning anything else. After continues prodding with continued reluctance from the owner/ instructor we were able to scheduled the second portion of my dive certification. The second ocean dive was canceled at last minuet and we ended up going to Devils Den, with a different instructor who has years of experience and is a great teacher.
I am exceptionally disappointed with the shop owner at Adventures Under the Sea. Read reviews and take heed to what other have said about shops and places to dive and snorkel.
The store owner refuses to give me a refund for the ocean dives, and offered store credit. Now he will not respond to any messages. He does not let you leave the shop without buying any product. I still have not been given store credit or a refund. - via
