We purchased a 45 min jet ski rental. The guy that was taking us back to the jet skis would not even look at us. Just kept walking a distance away and expected us to follow him without any acknowledgement that we were even there. He explained instructions just fine but failed to mention that out of the 45 min, 20 minutes of that time we are only allowed to drive at 5 miles per hour that jet ski automatically would not allow you to go past that speed in those zones. So you actually only get 25 of an actual fin and fast ride time. After our ride, the customer service was just simply not there. There was not even an eye contact. Very poor service and disappointed - via
