The diving school wouldn't actually get a star from me. I have rarely experienced such incompetent and disinterested behavior. We decided on a day trip with the Phoenix diving school because it got very good reviews. After it started, my husband and I realized relatively quickly that we had made a bad catch with our diving guide O. Nothing was checked from O's side, and if something was pointed out, it was simply ignored. This is how a woman in our group of four lost air from her BCD. The woman had already mentioned this on the ship, but it didn't matter and it went into the water anyway. When the woman told her again that her BCD was losing air, they went back to the ship and changed it. When I finally went underwater, I felt a very strong pain in my eyes and head. I was able to equalize, but it didn't feel right. As expected, O. didn't care. Since she was constantly busy rushing through the water, she didn't notice anything from our group of four. My husband then helped me up and made sure I got back on the boat quickly. After this experience, diving was done for the day. O. didn't even ask about my condition. I had very swollen eyes with severe hematomas. My husband then went on the second dive and I made the second dive his third. He was also very dissatisfied with the way things were going. It was just rushing around. All group members emerged from the water at over 100 bar on each dive, and no dive lasted longer than 40 minutes. The advertising is for 2-3 dives of 60 minutes each. If you had too little air, you would understand the shortened time. But not like that! We are very disappointed and cannot recommend the diving school at all. Too bad... - via
